ABOUT MEGAN SMYTHE

Megan Smythe is a New York based music director and pianist. She has played for Broadway shows  such as SIX: The Musical, The Book of Mormon, Mamma Mia, and The Great Gatsby. Additionally, she has worked on numerous Off-Broadway shows including Titanique and Music City. Megan is passionate about new works, and recently served as associate music director for the workshop of Particle Fever with music by Zoe Sarnak. Outside of New York, Megan has most notably worked on Norwegian Cruise Line's production of SIX the Musical, The 2nd National Tour of Anastasia the Musical, as well as regional productions such as Sweeney Todd, and Ragtime (Hangar Theater). Megan holds two bachelor's degrees in piano performance and music education from Ithaca College.
